Charles A. Higgs, Esq.

Charles A. Higgs focuses on bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, commercial litigation, and related appeals. He represents individuals and businesses in Chapters 7, 13, and 11 and has guided small businesses through reorganization.

He was the first attorney to file a case under Subchapter V of Chapter 11 in the Southern District of New York.

Melissa Wotton, Esq.

Melissa Wotton focuses on bankruptcy law, real-estate transactions, contract drafting, and negotiations. She represents individuals in personal bankruptcy, small businesses in adversary proceedings, and corporate clients confronting complex legal issues.

Before private practice, Melissa served as in-house counsel for a Midtown Manhattan corporation, handling commercial leases, government contracts, and other significant agreements.
